Delivery

UK - FREE SHIPPING on orders over £100

If your order over £100 worth of products then we will happily pay for delivery.  Please allow up to 14 days for delivery just in case an item is out of stock.

UK under £100 - £5.95

If you order something of less value we regret to have to charge delivery to cover our costs. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery just in case an item is out of stock.

European Delivery - £14.95

We always send our parcels tracked so please ask for a tracking number if you would like to keep an eye on your delivery. If you would like an express option then please contact us for a quote. For express delivery we use DHL. Their On Demand service offers many options when it comes to delivering your package! See below to find out what it includes. Please allow up to 16 days for delivery just in case an item is out of stock.

Please note that orders outside the UK may be subject to tax and import duties. These are charged when you receive your parcel and you are responsible for the payment.

Rest of the world - £24.95

DHL ON-DEMAND DELIVERY offers the following free delivery options:

  • Deliver my package on Another Day: Scheduled delivery
  • Deliver my package to Another Address: Alternate Delivery to work or family.
  • Deliver my Package at a Safe Place: Authorise Shipment Release.
  • Deliver my package with Neighbour: Leave with neighbour, reception or guard.
  • Deliver my package at a DHL Service Point:Hold for Collection.
  • Request my Hold My Package: Vacation hold safekeeping up to 30 days.

If you choose Express Delivery, you will receive a notification from DHL EXPRESS ON-DEMAND DELIVERY

ODD will provide you with email/SMS updates about your shipments progress and estimated delivery date/time.

When the shipment doesn’t fit your schedule the 100% free service enables you to choose the time and place of delivery.

Giving you maximum flexibility and greater control over your shipment.

If you place a particularly large or heavy order then we may contact you regarding extra delivery charges.

Additionally, we are still experiencing delays due to Covid-19 and new rule changes within the EU and Brexit. Therefore please bear with us if we deliver slightly later than stated above.

 

Returns

In the unfortunate event you are not 100% satisfied with your wig then we are here to help.

To return your wig or any other item we kindly ask that you please follow these easy steps:

1. Please contact us to let us know that you are returning an item - we will issue you with a refund or exchange code

2. Let us know what the problem is, whether its faulty or you have just had a change of heart - This is important as firstly, we will be expecting your return - making your refund easier and quicker to process. Secondly, quality assurance is our number one priority so we like to keep track of everything for you 🙂

3. Please fill in your returns form in full, try to leave nothing out so we know exactly why an item has been returned - you will have received a returns form and label with your delivery but if for whatever reason you need another please email us at support@mybeautifulwigs.com and we will happily send you another one.

4. When returning your order please do so within 14 days

5. Unfortunately any item bought from our SALE page is non-returnable

Do's and Dont's if you would like to return an item

The item must be in its original packaging

The item must not smell of smoke, perfume, or any body odour

Please ensure all wigs and headwear have been tried on using a wig cap.

Please do not remove the label.  Any item returned without the label attached cannot be refunded

Any item being sent for an exchange - we must receive the returned item before sending out the exchanged product

Unfortunately any item bought from our SALE page is non-returnable

Please also note that any accessory placed directly onto your head cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons. This includes:

Ultimate wig grip, Wigs caps, Tapes and Brushes
