1. Washing & Embracing Volume
– Your wig may feel fuller after washing, adding to its natural beauty. This is normal, embrace this change and enjoy the added volume and natural look.
– To keep it fresh and lovely, wash your wig every 7-10 wears.

2. Handle with Love
– Treat your lace with gentle care to prevent shedding and fraying. Our incredible lace on these wigs give outstanding invisibility of knots and flawless hairline, as each hair has been individually hand tied with precision so just be careful and the more gentle you are, the longer the lace will last! Your wig deserves a soft touch, just like you do.

3. Choosing the Right Tools & Products
– Only use a recommended wig brush and accessories designed with love for wigs, which your specialist can recommend!
– Only use recommended shampoos, conditioners, and treatments that are gentle and formulated for wigs. Remember, avoid conditioner on the roots to keep the knots secure. Ask your specialist for the right shampoo’s

4. Special Attention for Blondes
– If your wig is blonde, be mindful that the tone may change over time.  This is normal and happens with all blondes, even on bio hair.  Don’t worry, we’re here to help with advice for a colour refresh whenever you need it.

5. Gentle Drying
– Allow your wig to air dry overnight on an Ultimate Wig stand whenever possible. This gentle method helps maintain its beautiful shape.  It also puts less stress on the lace and less heat damage on the hair, so win win!

6. Protective Heat Styling
– Before using any heat, protect your wig with a heat protection spray. This small step makes a big difference in keeping your wig vibrant, which we love!

7. Brushing with Care
– Start brushing from the bottom and work your way up, treating your wig with the same care you would your own hair.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT DENSITY IS RIGHT FOR ME?

We have 2 options available. 130% is the more popular choice as it’s more natural and light weight. However, if you prefer a fuller, thicker look, then 150% is the choice for you. Please note that regardless of hair length the 150% option is an extra £200.

WILL THE COLOUR BE EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE SWATCH IMAGES?

We try our absolute best to make sure the colours are as accurate as possible. However, due to lightning and screen perception, sometimes results may vary.
If you are really unsure, then you are welcome to visit one of our 3 locations to take a look in person.

CAN I GET VAT FREE PRICE ON ULTIMATE WIGS?

Yes, all of these wigs are eligible for VAT free, you just need to complete the form at checkout.

ORDER CHANGE & CANCELLATION

All order information can be freely changed within 24 HOURS once placing the order.

You can cancel your order free charge within 24 HOURS of placing your order. However, any cancellations after 24 hours will be subject to a 10% handling fee. Thankyou for your understanding.

CAN I RETURN MY WIG?

Unfortunately, we are unable to take returns due to the wig being ordered especially for your requirements. If you are unhappy in any way, then please contact us at support@mybeautifulwigs.com and we will do everything we can to help.

WHAT IS THE PROCESSING TIME FOR MY ORDER?

All our human hair hairpieces are made to order, please allow 4-6 WEEKS to complete your order, once it ships you will be notified with a tracking number. Free shipping included.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes. After your order is sucessfully made on mybeautifulwigs.com. Please place your order with a valid email and phone number. You will receive an email confirming your order has been processed. When your hair is shipped out, you will receive an email from us and an email from Royal Mail containing your tracking number. HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

Shipping in the UK: We send all our products out by Special delivery which means they need to be signed for.

Once your product is shipped out it will be with you before 1pm the next day. If you have any specific delivery day requests then contact us at support@mybeautifulwigs.com and we will do our best to accommodate you!

Shipping abroad: Delivery companies vary depending on costs.

IS THERE A SHIPPING FEE?

No, we are proud to say we provide free shipping to all countries.

ARE THERE ADDITIONAL TAXES IF I’M NOT IN THE UK?

We can’t guarantee it will be always tax free. We cannot advise on the amount as every country has there own rules. Please kindly understand that our customers are responsible for the local handling and tax fees which may occur.
